Our Club operates from five locations throughout Sydney - at Chatswood, Hornsby, Kellyville Ridge, Ryde and Stanhope Gardens. Classes are being held in a fun, safe and challenging environment and cater to people of all ages from 5 years old to over 50 years old – from beginners, intermediate to advance players. Sessions vary from junior classes, intermediate/senior classes, combined classes and tournament training classes.
There is a strong sense of family atmosphere in the club with many students and practitioners coming from the same family – fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters and cousins – who all train together. A parents committee has been formed to assist the club in hosting many fun-filled activities, training camps and events.
All sessions are run by Master Hong who is ably assisted by his team of accredited coaches and long-time Taekwondo practitioners through the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NCAS).
There are also a number of Black Belts who are licensed referees through accreditation with the National Officiating Accreditation Scheme (NOAS) who represent the club in officiating in local, state and national tournaments.
Training programs are designed to improve flexibility, coordination, muscular strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. It also promotes and instills the tenets of Taekwondo to its members such as respect, discipline, modesty, perseverance, and indomitable spirit.
Tournament players undergo intensive training in Kyorugi (sparring) and Poomsae (patterns) with the aim of developing confidence, timing, accuracy, speed and power to help them achieve their potentials.
Our affiliation with Taekwondo Australia NSW Inc, Taekwondo Australia Inc and World Taekwondo Federation ensures participation in local, regional, state, national and international tournaments.
Come and join us, learn, improve your fitness and have fun!
